Me Alan Ovadia, founding attorney, brings with him over a decade of experience practicing law in Quebec. His knowledge and experience is broad and includes Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Successions Law including Wills, Estates and Mandates, Intellectual Property Law with a focus on Trademark Law and brand protection, Administrative Law and even Animal Law. Me Alan Ovadia has also acted on several occasions as an Independent Supervising Solicitor in the context of Anton Piller Injunctions.
