Me Alan Ovadia, the firm’s founding attorney, brings each client almost 18 years of legal practice experience in Quebec. His knowledge and experience are extensive and include Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Wills and Estate Law, Intellectual Property Law with a focus on trademark law and trademark protection, Administrative Law, and even Animal law. Me Alan Ovadia has also served on several occasions as an independent supervising attorney in connection with Anton Piller injunctions and has even been named on search warrants while assisting the RCMP and Canadian Border Services.
